Z3us has the correct wallet address off my ledger but shows zero token balances

I installed Z3eus beta in Brave and connected to my ledger device. It retrieved the correct wallet address in the process, but afterwards shows that I have no token balances which is incorrect.

I configured Brave to only allow it on https://ociswap.com/ which is where I'm trying to use it - would this cause a problem?

If you verify your balance with radix explorer, does it show different values ? Could you please share some more details, It's hard to investigate with just this information?

Also, might be that the balance is refreshed with a slight delay, due to internal cache of the wallet, to provide smooth experience. Values are fetched every minute.

I just found out that potential issue could be token sorter, please verify if opening sorter modal

and then selecting reset list should add missing tokens

I have added this issue to our list as high priority, and we will get it fixed asap.

There is a "reset" I can click in "Token list settings" but it doesn't do anything for me. Is this the one you refer to?

Not sure how much else there is to say. If I go into the "Account activity" screen it spins colours for a bit and then says "Error: Failed to fetch". I'm on Ubuntu with Brave browser.

On the Tokens screen if I click the copy icon to copy the address it has to clipboard and then paste this into the Radix explorer then the explorer correctly shows me my account which has a bunch of tokens in it: rdx1qsp46dgczuznyxj3059dc2vmwffmyamhsydmuvzk3l4ktu8t2xhwfqcwreah7
