I am experiencing some charging inconsistencies. Certain AC power sources will disconnect and reconnect randomly, but usually when I lock the screen (Sony power bank, Samsung AC adapter, Huntkey AC adapter). Computer USB ports only consistently deliver a charge if the phone is set to MTP mode and not Charging mode - this is obviously not a big deal but in case it relates, I've included logs of this scenario as well.

All catlogs of tests below were conducted with Benson approved USB-C cables, on a Huntkey AC adapter, and with a ThinkPad X230 running Windows 10. The ROM version is the latest at the time of posting (lineage-14.1-20170314-UNOFFICIAL-z2_plus).

intermittent_charging_on_AC.txt:

  1. Plug phone into USB-C to USB-A cable, which is connected to an AC adapter. The phone begins charging.
  2. Lock the screen. The phone will immediately wake the screen again as though the cable has been removed. After a second or two, it will begin charging again.
  3. Lock the screen again. The effects described above will repeat.
  4. Disconnect the cable and end the log.

not_charging_on_USB.txt:

  1. Plug phone into USB-C to USB-A cable, which is connected to a computer USB port. The phone is in "Charging" mode.
  2. Verify with Ampere that the phone is still discharging, though it recognises it has been connected to a power source.
  3. Disconnect the cable and end the log.

not_charging_replug_charging_computer.txt:

  1. Plug phone into USB-C to USB-A cable, which is connected to a computer USB port. The phone is in "Charging" mode.
  2. Verify with Ampere that the phone is still discharging, though it recognises it has been connected to a power source.
  3. Disconnect USB cable to phone.
  4. Reconnect USB cable to phone.
  5. Verify with Ampere that the phone is now charging.
  6. Disconnect the cable and end the log.

Is the charging working flawlessly with a different firmware?

Hi, have you tried this lately? There's been changes to drivers that can affect this.
