Emscripten: Failed opening '//COSMO1.VOL' Error: opening COSMO1.VOL #24

Compiled with emscripten. I have tried putting the game files in the root, in the data folder, and in separate game folders. No matter what, the page does not seem to find them and returns the error:

Failed opening '//COSMO1.VOL'
Error: opening COSMO1.VOL
