現状は Touch のローカルZ軸が上や下を向くと操作できないので、ローカルZ軸を基準に回転を取得する。
自身が回転した時のためにリセンター機構が必要かもしれない。

あるいは、視線で入力欄を見ているときだけ入力可能にするとか。

Quaternion.Angle()で基準と現在の角度を出せるかも。
