Feature request: link between custom parallel verses as new marker mode #90

Currently I save parallel verses I want to link to certain verses as a note, but it would be nice to have a separate marker mode for custom links between verses. Links can potentially be non-directional, directional or bi-directional. This would define where the markers appear.
