Im a bit newbie here but is there a way to upgrade without installing everything again? Since there is a new release now, and I just finished installing everything a few hours ago

There are no major changes in that release.
It just fixes bugs in running Windows binaries.
The update still requires manual replacement of the script.

I've been using Archwsl on wsl1 for almost a year, and I just convert it to wsl2 last month. I wonder is there a way to upgrade the original Archwsl to Archwsl2 without reinstalling everything.
