To answer your own question, try providing cookies extracted from the browser session where you can view the vods (see FAQ), which apparently solved your issue as from #27790. If you think the answer should be "yes" and it isn't, you'll need to provide a verbose log of the failing command and be prepared to share credentials with any investigator. I don't have much knowledge of this extractor module: it doesn't seem to have changed significantly in yt-dlp. There are these known issues:

sorry I don't know if I misread what you sent but none of it can solve my problem, I have subbed to a channel on twitch and I am wanting to download a Twitch vod from them so How will i go about downloading the twitch Vod when it comes up with the error that I provided above. I don't understand how I can add cookies to a link can you help me out I don't know how to do really complicated things but if you can somewhat direct me it would hlep please let me know I need to download the vods. |
