在group.send_file(file_path)中会抛出异常,异常信息为err_code: 1; err_msg: ，路径参数方面，中英都尝试过，一样会出现异常

图片太大了吧，我遇到过，发送前写了个方法把图片压缩一下即可。

图片大小在600k，在某种机缘巧合的情况下可以发出去一次(全部参数一致)，之后就继续报错了
