An option to include subdirectories when selecting source folder

If it all possible, can we get the ability to include all subdirectories when selecting a source folder? This would be helpful for going through, say, TV shows with multiple seasons in one shot, instead of having to go through them a season folder at a time.

This would also help with subtitle folders which have a subfolder for every episode.
Now I would need to use BRU to rename every subtitle file to the respective episode and then move them all to a different folder, where the program can see every subtitle file.
