Run in Arch Linux not work

When i start the app this is the output

i have libicui18n.so.74 not libicui18n.so.70 like this :

ls /usr/lib/ | grep libicui18n
libicui18n.so
libicui18n.so.74
libicui18n.so.74.2

i search in internet but i can't found solve
