The Program Seems to Be Confused After Doing MkvPropEdit

First of all, thanks for your amazing work. Your program saves me a lot of time, and I really appreciate that.

The issue I'm facing is that after doing something that only requires changing the tags using MkvPropEdit (a.k.a. Fast Muxing), whatever I do next tries to use MkvPropEdit, even if I need to do something like not copying all the tracks. This results in the tags that are changeable to be changed, and the rest of 'Modify Old Tags' stuff (that requires muxing) to be ignored. Restarting the program fixes this.

To reproduce this issue, you simply need to first try to do something that only requires changing the tags (like changing a track's name, changing a track's language, etc.), and after that trying to do something that actually requires the remuxing to happen (like choosing some track not to be copied).
