刷新订阅会重复添加文章 #680

Describe the bug
对于网站 https://mikanani.me/ 的提供的 rss 订阅存在不会自动去除重复的问题，手动刷新一遍即使文章没有任何变动也会被识别为新文章再次加入。且同样的 rss 链接在 qbittorrent 中能正常工作。

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

进入网站订阅几个番剧
获取 rss 订阅链接
添加到 fluent reader 内并刷新
多次刷新就会出现多个重复文章

Expected behavior
多次刷新不会重复添加文章

作者把几个类似的issue都关掉了，但是功能根本没做出来，无语
