Hey , i want to know that can it be used for live match inference , i want to detect events in the live match and generate highlights, is it possible with what u have provided

Thank you for your interest. Unfortunately, we do not have any specific functionality for processing live videos. Additionally, our method works best with fairly large time windows (it is particularly good at finding non-visible actions), so our default settings use a time window of a minute or two.
It should be easy to adapt our method to work with shorter time windows, but I believe in that scenario it would not work as well as methods that were specifically designed for short time windows. Maybe have a look at the methods from SoccerNet challenge 2023: https://arxiv.org/pdf/2309.06006.pdf
One older (2022) method that I'm aware of that should work with short time windows is E2E-Spot: https://github.com/jhong93/spot https://github.com/SoccerNet/PTS-baseline
