How to get path of downloaded media

I am new at nodejs and I don't know how to get path of downloaded media by using bot.downloadFile.

The path depends of the second param that you pass to the downloadFile.

const fileId = "XXXX"
const downloadDir = "folderY"

bot.downloadFile(fileId, downloadDir).then(resp => console.log(resp))
