可以增加默认功能么？ #620

就是增加个功能默认保持上一次速度或者一个定值比如1.5倍

因为用这个插件的人基本都习惯倍速观看默认倍速不用调节或者微调就可以了

还有就是倍速菜单能可以给几个用户自定义么比如输入1.75倍也是方便快速定位到自己习惯的速度
