[Feature Request] option to auto-add tag to saved bookmarks

I use nb in conjunction with some other tools which want every bookmark to have a #bookmark tag added in the file. Currently I'm either doing this by hand after the fact, or needing to type the same --tag #bookmark every time I add one. It'd be convenient if I could just say "every time I add a bookmark add this set of tags".

This might be part of a larger template system for bookmarks, because I suspect others might have other similar use cases that aren't tag-specific. But, this is the version of it that I need, so maybe that's sufficient.
