Add ability to customise sounds

When the EEW sound gets added, I would like to change some of the sounds for a presets (like Default, Jquake, Scratchrev, etc.)

Fun fuct: you can change sounds, just add your audio file (it should be .wav) to the GlobalQuake audio folder (you can open it via the settings) and rename it as the sound you wanna change.
