Give graph nodes better names

Currently they are the hash of the python object the represent which has nice properties (eg it is unique) but is not very human readable/reachable. It would be nice to pass the graph through a final step which then associates human readable names with the nodes. If this is a final step then we don't care as much about uniqueness since we don't need to hook this into other nodes/graphs.
