  • dependency sourcebroker/deployer-extended-typo3 does not support v12 yet
  • for non-git deployment, upload_paths needs to be adjusted: public/typo3conf/LocalConfiguration.php and public/typo3conf/AdditionalConfiguration.php need to be removed

EDIT:

  • now deployer-extended-typo3@v21 has v12 support
  • deploy:upload_code checks for file existence - no need to remove files
