I have problem with Ordered List and YouTube video link embedding #1209

Expected behavior:
its wokring when we remove. "watch?v=" from the url. but user dont know how about it so fix it. remove this from inserted url.

Actual behavior:

YoutTube Provide this url to share.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CxZ47fAetLI
after inserting this url it just inserting url like a text.
Ordered List is Not working properly add Number in the ordered list.
