Here is a clear and concise description of what the problem is:
Some hardware setups don’t list any CEC device under ”Settings -> System -> Input -> Peripherals ->".
But the related parameters have default values which can not be modified.

Expected Behavior
Here is a clear and concise description of what was expected to happen:
There should be possible to modify those values, like pausing Kodi when HDMI disconnects which is not what I want. Not sure about the name of the available options as I can’t see them.
Actual Behavior
Kodi is reacting to HDMI events but there is no way to configure it.
Possible Fix
Provide some configuration directives when there is no GUI, like in "advancedsettings.xml"
