Twinkle tray no longer working on new system

Hey everyone!
I've just built a new computer, but Twinkle Tray doesn't seem to work on it. It just wouldn't do anything on my new monitor (that was fixed by a reinstall) and it says my old monitor doesn't have a communication method (it does support DDC/CI, it worked on my previous pc and it is enabled in the monitor settings) any ideas would be much appreciated.

MSI B650 Gaming Plus Wi-Fi Motherboard
AMD Ryzen 5 7600 (3.8Ghz, 5.1Ghz Turbo, 6-cores) CPU
G.Skill Flare X5 32GB (2x16GB) DDR5-6000MT/s CL30 Memory
Crucial P3 Plus 2TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME SSD
XFX Speedster QUICK 319 Core Radeon RX 6750XT 12GB

1. Update to latest version. The latest version should show DDC/CI (HL) instead of DDC/CI.

2. Turn on all the detection methods in Troubleshooting section.

If it is still not working, maybe the video cable you use is not compatible.

1. After updating the issue was unfortunately not fixed
2. I have played around with the detection methods to no avail
3. The video cable was not changed from the previous system
   I suspect it has something to do with the amd graphics driver, but I really have no clue how to fix it, reinstalling didn't work.
