问题描述与截图：

如下图，当页面出现滚动条时，下拉框处于中间位置，下拉框的位置出现错位。
初步定位是计算不是电脑屏幕高度，而是滚动条滚到哪儿，就计算滚动条到上边的高度

期望的结果：

临时解决方案和正常显示

操作系统：

window10

浏览器版本：

版本 117.0.5938.89（正式版本） （64 位）

vue 版本：

2.6.12

vxe-table 版本：

3.6.9

我刚刚看了vxe-table版本，3.8.5版本有这个问题，3.6.9没这个问题
