这个需求解决了什么问题：

Antd design的表格如果单元格合并了，鼠标放上去对应都会有高亮
https://www.antdv.com/components/table-cn#components-table-demo-colspan-rowspan

但是vxe-table只有放到第一行合并的单元格才会高亮

建议的 API 是什么样的：

跟Antd Design的行为一样

是否已有其他不错的替代方案：

该功能暂时还不支持，待优化
