Well，considering these are paid services，likely you need add account options to metube.

I suggest you to seek additional help from metube/yt-dlp repo.

Emmm, first, you should add YTDL_OPTIONS via Heroku config vars during deployment. Set cookies path to /mnt/data/cookies for example.

Then, you can upload cookies to /mnt/data/cookies. You need do this step every time after dyno restarted.
Or you can add cookies to repo before deployment, copy to defined cookies path in Dockerfile.

Heroku started to ban any repo with aria2c/rclone process name in recent days.
