Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Download fresh wprig
  2. Set new version in config.json
  3. Check version of production bundle theme created from rig
  4. See that it does not match what you entered in config.json

Expected behavior
The production bundle theme version (created with npm run bundle) should match the version in config.json
