Currently Shuffleboard stores files in the user.home directory. That should be changed to either the system preferences directory: appdata on Windows, ~/Library/Preferences on Mac and ~/.config or XDG_CONFIG on Linux or ~/wpilib/year/... (Or ~/wpilib/... if years don't matter)
