Restore "Well done..." images

When Imagify optimizes images, there are those that will not be processed as they are considered as well compressed. Their status is "WELL DONE. This media file is already optimized, no further optimization is required."(screenshot)

While original format image is not compressed, the next-gen version is generated. However, when we try to restore it (using the Bulk action), these won't be processed, so the "Well done..." and next-gen images can be deleted only manually.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be great if these could be restored in a bulk action, maybe even to put back "Optimize" button to avoid potential confusion (I'd think twice about that as that means these would be processed again and again).
