Increase height of focussed window

It would be great if there was a feature to increase/decrease the height of the focused window & resize all other window in the area to fit.
For example:-
Currently, If I assign 2 windows to be in the primary area, then the height of both of them will be 50% of screen height.
But I want the top window to be 70% of Screen height & bottom one to be 30% of Screen Height.
