Merge this plugin into Wolf Shaper's codebase? #1

Instead of maintaining a separate plugin called "Wolf MidiCurve", maybe it would make sense to turn Wolf Shaper into a plugin suite:

Wolf Shaper (Distortion) – Distortion plugin
Wolf Shaper (MIDI) – MIDI remapping plugin
Wolf Shaper (LFO) – Multipurpose LFO plugin

Therefore, "Wolf MidiCurve" would become "Wolf Shaper (MIDI)".

Caveat: right now, many online resources refer to Wolf Shaper as a distortion plugin, rather than a plugin bundle. This could create some confusion.
