Build instructions fail for Windows

The command "npm run build" seems to be not been tested on Windows.
I tried to install it and it produced the following output:

I'm sorry, but I don't have a solution as I'm a total newby with Windy plugins.
I hope you can provide a tested config for Windows.

I think the best would be to add a containerized dev env that could be reused on all platforms.
Creating and maintaining something specifically for windows might be overkill for very few developers.
Just my 2 cents

Unfortunately we don't have the opportunity to test it on Windows. I would recommend using The Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL).

Does not work on Windows, I use WSL2

@wetterheidi We updated the template to make it work in Docker (possibly also WSL2, but haven't tested it yet). This commit contains the necessary change.
