问题解决了，要在config.json把“//配置文件”这一行注释删掉就行，原因是在使用ueditor作为富文本编辑器时如果我们读取文章和添加文章的项目不是同一个域名那么为了图片的正常显示我们就需要让img标签的src中显示完整的url地址而不是图片路径。所以就需要修改/ueditor/php/config.json中的imageUrlPrefix配置。但是很多人喜欢注释了原有的配置来添加新的配置，尤其是phper喜欢用双斜杠的注释//这样就会导致以上的错误提示。
还有七牛上传地址，分片上传（uploadQiniuUrl ，ChunkUploadQiniuUrl）host地址要把https改为http，不然就报no such domain（测试域名过期了）
