 SONOIO is a solo project of Alessandro Cortini (part of the Nine Inch Nails lineup from 2005 to 2008, and a member of Modwheelmood). The name of the alternative rock/electronica project comes from the Italian phrase “sono ioâ€, which means “it’s meâ€. On July 28, 2010 SONOIO released 4 tracks for free from their upcoming album. The first album, SONOIO Blue, was released in its entirety on September 14, 2010.
