allowContextAddFiles and contextAddFiles expecting different paths

Problem

werf.yaml has directive contextAddFiles, which expects paths inside specified context. But werf-giterminism.yaml has directive allowContextAddFiles which expects full paths with context. Different way of specifying the same path is confusing.
