Firstly, I'd like to say that this tool is legendary and thanks to people working on this.
There doesn't seem to be a 'save' button. When working with multiple files, the tool can get confused if one keeps moving between two or more files. The tool keeps working on it's own version of the file, and only when the user presses 'save as' does the tool actually write the new edits back to the actual file. Otherwise the changes can be lost if user forgets to 'save as' then 'load's in a different file.
Also It would be great if the tool displayed the file name/path that being edited.
