A tool that converts binary or hexadecimal numeric string to binary file.
*Warning*:please compile to x86 program!
run in command line (Windows):
bin2file-tool[.exe] InputType [OutputFile] < InputFilePath
InputType 2 or 16 (2 for Binary, 16 for Hex)
OutputFile Default is bin_DATE_TIME such as bin_20180408_153315
