plugin on intellij doesnt work correctly

• Scala version: 2.13.11

• wartremover version: 3.1.5

• reproducible test:
  on build.sbt add the following configuration:

  wartremoverErrors ++= List(Wart.Any)
  Compile / compile / wartremoverErrors ++= List(Wart.ThreadSleep)

The expected behavior on both command and intellij:
a class on src/main/scala only with the following code, should failed:
Thread.sleep(1000)
actually, the compiler is failing only on the command line. The wart "Wart.ThreadSleep" is ignored on intellij

This is a major bug.
