[docs request] document that RSA kex requires the openssl crate feature #261

Snooping through the source, I discovered that the openssl feature is necessary in order to support clients presenting RSA keys. I suggest that we document this limitation clearly somewhere. AFAIK this is not currently documented, though I could be mistaken.

OpenSSL-free RSA is released in 0.44
