At least Windows 10. Windows 11 is also supported. Maybe have compatibility issues when running on old Windows 10 versions such as 1607. It's highly recommended to run on Windows 10 1903 or newer. It may also be possible to port this project to Windows 7 if you remove some unsupported D2D effects, but I have not tried it yet and also have no interest in it either.
