Kossel problem with steps per unit

HELLO . I want to congratulate for the software. I got to upload the software afther changing the parameters in configuration.h . The only problem is that i change the steps per unit from 200 to 100 and afther i upload it is still 200 . On the computer in Wangsamas.ino is changed but on the printer's menu is stil at 200 steps per unit . Can you help me to change it to 100?

It saved in eeprom. You have to change eeprom using repetier host, or you clear eeprom using arduino ide example.

Hi Again. I am finding difficulties to work with simplify 3d. I start the print and it begins to print 10 mm in the air.The Horizontal size compensation is at 0 . But with Repetir Host i have no problems. Do yo know why ?

Maybe there are some settings in simplify you have to look at
