InlinePanel label customization when collapsed and in minimap view

It would be nice if InlinePanel had a customizable label when the panels are collapsed and in minimap view.

Here is an example from the wagtail-bakery demo. Instead of "Slot 1...Slot X," it would be more readable, especially when panels are collapsed, to have labels like "Monday," "Tuesday," and so on for each new slot.
