Documentation for persistyBy option: Add link to explanation of insert vs. create #171

In the docs for the persistBy option, it would be helpful to link to the explanation of insert vs. create in the main Vuex ORM docs.

Without this, developers who aren't yet familiar with this aspect of Vuex ORM might be confused by the persistBy docs.
