resolves #37

Added Japanese translation

  • Modified some configuration files.
  • Copy all pages to src/ja.
    • Fixed all links to jump to the Japanese version
    • Added anchors only to headings referenced from other pages
  • First, translated the "Guide" section (see 806ff22)
