Sorting #framworks

Currently the frameworks are unsorted and are showing some poor/broken libraries. I've taken the liberty of going through them all and found subpar ones as well as fantastic ones.

Frameworks that should be at the top of the list:

• PrimeVue
• Naive UI
• Element Plus
• Vexip UI
• ant-design-vue
• Inkline
• Mijin
• @Carbon/vue (Carvue.js should be removed since this exists)

Frameworks that should be removed or shoved to the bottom of the list

• Carvue.js
• Osiris UI
• Fundamental Vue (the dropdown doesn't work in the docs)
• vue-awesome-mui outdated and has UI bugs see https://wscats.github.io/vue-awesome-mui/public/#/numbox
• vectre (dropdown issue, modal does not exit when clicked outside)
• superBVue (requires installing library to see UI components, docs only shows code)
