[scheduled sessions]: explore the possibility to integrate into Outlook/Gmail calendar for scheduled sessions

To enable the scheduled sessions, ideally, we would integrate into the existing user's(team's) schedule management tools such as Outlook or Gmail. Hence we need to explore how to integrate into them.

As a cheap alternative, we can keep the scheduled session times in a user private gist and read it from anywhere.
