When a user creates a branch connection, notify the connected channels about this event so everyone is aware of the user intent to collaborate on this branch.

  • GitHub connector: update the issue details immediately
  • Slack connector: post a message to the channel about the branch connector
  • Teams connector: post a message to the channel about the branch connector

Add an appropriate setting to enable/disable the notification.
