Feature Request: Heading lines fold

some directives could be folded, but rst as a heavily-loaded markup language, headings could be folded as sectors is a strong request.
(ref to the vscode's built-in markdown's fold abilities)

Markdown is too simple to extract a structure for folding, while RST is not.

As a heay user of rST, I could not find a perfect editor for this markup language. This extension is just one of the best solutions. I am learning vscode extension developing skills and hope I could make some PR someday.
