log service call errors

Some of my Zigbee lights can be powered off with a wall switch. When that happens, HA doesn't always exactly notice, and when trying to do actions on them (turn on/off, change brightness) after a while HAweb will give a little popup with a text like "failed service call turn_on, device did not respond".

I suspect we (can) also receive this error, so we should make sure we do, and then stick it in the logbox at the bottom.
