Audio Options Disabled

Hello, I installed the game with the web installer(v12).
It went well, I got the game and it works, except for the audio. The game has no sound, and I can't even click on the audio options.
I attached a printscreen showing that the audio is disabled. Hopefully you can help me because I don't know how to fix this.

Update: I redownloaded the game and it works now. I'm not sure what caused this issue the first time I installed the game, but I'm glad it works now.
