Web Installer v9

Changelog:

• Updated UI images for v9.
• Various script fixes and improvements.
• Moved Standalone version to a separate branch.
• DXVK will no longer be checked by default as it is not recommended for beginners.
• The Web Installer now uses a custom SFX archive to extract RPC, avoiding the antivirus issues with RPC's zip file and duplicate issues with RPC's installer.
